ISO: Turkey with a Twist - Hidden Valley Ranch recipe

I'm looking for a recipe that I lost about 20 years ago. I think it was a Hidden Valley Ranch recipe. It was called Turkey with a Twist and contained leftover turkey, rotini, green chilies and Hidden Valley Ranch dressing but can't remember any other ingredients. Does anyone have this recipe?
