Recipe: Blender Pancakes (using biscuit mix, 1960's)

Breakfast and Brunch
BLENDER PANCAKES

1 1/3 cups milk
2 cups biscuit mix (like Bisquick)
1 egg

Blend all ingredients together in a blender.

Cook pancakes on a lightly greased griddle.
