Recipe: Speedy Doughnuts (using refrigerated biscuit dough)

SPEEDY DOUGHNUTS

Oil for deep frying
1 can (10 biscuits) Pillsbury Refrigerated Buttermilk or Country Style Biscuits
Cinnamon-sugar mixture or favorite frosting

In deep fat fryer or heavy saucepan, heat about 1 quart oil to 350 degrees F.

Separate dough into 10 biscuits. Cut hole in center of biscuits.

Fry cut biscuits and holes in oil at 350 degrees F about 1 1/2 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Drain. While warm, roll in cinnamon-sugar mixture or frost with favorite frosting.

Makes 10 doughnuts
