Welcome NorthportMama. Luckily I have the same set of cards - here's the recipe you requested. Happy Baking!
FABULOUS BROWNIE PIE
"Quick and easy, this chocoholic's dream dessert is great for almost any occasion."

1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, cut into small pieces
2 ounces (2 squares) unsweetened chocolate, coarsely chopped
1 cup granulated sugar
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup coarsely chopped walnuts (about 2 ounces)
Whipped cream
Finely chopped walnuts
Chocolate curls
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9-inch pie pan.
In a saucepan, heat butter and chocolate over low heat until melted and smooth.
Beat together chocolate mixture, sugar, flour, eggs, vanilla, and salt at medium speed until blended. Stir in nuts.
Pour batter into prepared pan.
Bake pie until set, 25 minutes. Transfer pan to a wire rack to cool completely.
To garnish, using a pastry bag fitted with a star tip, pipe whipped cream rosettes over top of pie. Sprinkle nuts over rosettes. Arrange chocolate curls on top.
BAKING TIPS:
- Unused whipping cream can be stored in the freezer. Simply put the leftovers in small paper cups, cover, and place in transparent freezer bags. Thaw and use as needed.
- Alternatively, drop dollops of whipped cream onto a sheet of aluminum foil, then freeze them, uncovered, until firm. Transfer the dollops to an airtight freezer container and freeze until needed. Use the dollops to top desserts-they will thaw quickly when placed on individual servings.
Makes 8 servings
