Recipe: Possible bread machine supplies / pantry ingredients

Breads - Bread Machine
If you make different kinds of bread, here are some of the things I would keep on hand. only stock the things if you know you are going to use them (such as rye flour, yogurt, etc.).

-Bread Machine Yeast or active dry yeast. Eventually you should get the 1 or 2 pound bulk size yeast. If you make a lot of bread, the small packets or small jars get expensive. Store the bulk yeast in a zip lock bag in the freezer. The yeast has a longer shelf life in the freezer. I've had some there for a year and it still works. Keep a little out, at room temperaure, in a zip lock bag for daily use. Bring to room temperature before you use the yeast from the freezer.
-Bread flour
-all-purpose flour (some recipes call for this)
-whole wheat flour
-rye flour
-Oatmeal
-corn meal
-baking soda
-salt
-nonfat dry milk powder (for small amounts, 1/4 or less, I use dry coffee creamer)
-whole, 2%, 1% or skim milk
-sour cream
-yogurt
-instant potato flakes
-granulated sugar
-brown sugar
-molasses
-honey
-eggs
-butter
-olive oil
-vegetable oil
-raisins
-dried cranberries
-cinnamon
-walnuts
-pecans
-caraway seeds
-sesame seeds
-poppy seeds
