Recipe: Barbecued Chicken with Linguine

Main Dishes - Pasta, Sauces
BARBECUED CHICKEN WITH LINGUINE

1 pound skinless boneless chicken breast, in strips
2 onions, cut in eighths lengthwise
1/2 pound mushrooms, halved
1 cup barbecue sauce (your favorite)
2 green peppers, cut in chunks
10 ounces linguine or udon noodles, uncooked

Toss chicken, onions and mushroom in barbecue sauce. If possible, cover and marinate, refrigerate from 30 minutes to all day.

WHEN READY TO COOK:
Mix in peppers; grill or broil chicken in one layer until cooked (opaque).

Meanwhile, cook linguine according to package directions, drain and rinse.

TO SERVE:
Top linguine with chicken mixture.
