ISO: rainforest cafe tuscan chicken

Misc.
looking for a recipe from the rainforest cafe for Tuscan chicken. Chicken breast marinated in balsamic and tomatoes then char broiled and dressed with cucumber kalamata olives and tomatoes with a chive mustard sauce. I've been thinking of this great meal for over a year now and would love to try making it myself. Thank you
