WAGON WHEELS WITH BAKED HAM AND CREAMY MUSTARD DRESSING
8 ounces fresh green beans, trimmed and cut into 1-inch lengths
2 cups wagon wheel-shaped pasta
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup olive oil
3 tablespoons cider vinegar
2 teaspoons grainy mustard
1/2 teaspoon salt
8 ounces baked sliced ham, cut into 1/4x1-inch strips
1/2 cup sliced celery
1/2 cup chopped red onion
Steam green beans in steaming rack set over simmering water, covered, until crisp-tender, about 3 minutes.
Cook pasta in plenty of boiling, salted water until al dente, or firm to the bite, about 12-15 minutes. Drain; rinse and drain again.
In a large bowl, stir together the mayonnaise, olive oil, vinegar, mustard, and salt until blended.
Add the green beans, pasta, ham, celery, and onion; toss to blend.
