ISO: Mondo's Amazing Oatmeal Pie

Misc.
I too love Mondo's Oatmeal Pie and have been searching for a recipe. Recently a group of our friends met at another establishment owned by Mr. Mondonaro, and we were disappointed that the oatmeal pie arrived looking and tasting more like a flan or Charlotte. Not bad at all, but not the same flavor or texture as the oatmeal pie I covet.
