Recipe: Sun Dried Tomato Dipping Oil (Bravo's)

Recipe by Chef Tim Kendrick of BRAVO!
1 quart olive oil
16 oz. can tomato paste
1/4 cup rosemary
1/4 cup thyme
1/4 cup basil
5 ounces sundried tomatoes
1/4 cup garlic powder
1/4 cup fresh parsley parsley
2 tbsp. salt & pepper
TO PREPARE THE BASE:
Heat oil in sauce pot. Add herbs and heat for 3 minutes. Remove from heat and strain out the herbs.
Add remaining ingredients and mix in a blender. Refrigerate. Good for one week.
TO PREPARE THE DIPPING OIL:
One part base to four parts oil.
