Recipe: Moxies Garlic Dip
Appetizers and SnacksWe love the garlic dip with bread at Moxie's. My son's best friend works there as a prep cook and was kind enought to provide the recipe for it. Here it is:
MOXIES GARLIC DIP
1 cup cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup mayonnaise
4 tsp minced garlic
3 tsp chopped fresh parsley
3 tsp finely chopped carrots
1 tsp Worchestire sauce
roasted garlic clove (for garnish)
Mix ingredients and refridgerate overnight.
Serve with a roasted garlic clove on top.
Enjoy.
