Recipe(tried): How to Cook Soy Beans

Side Dishes - Beans
Fresh, frozen soy beans can be cooked just like butter or lima beans. Cook them in chicken or vegetable broth, season as you would any other bean. My family loves them added to soups or as baked beans.

If you are using dry beans, cover with cold water, bring to boil, turn off and cover. Soak for an hour or so then drain. Cook as you would fresh beans. It does take longer to cook them if you prefer a softer bean. Just taste them ever so often until they reach the texture you like.
