Recipe(tried): Sourdough Pancakes (makes thin pancakes)

Breakfast and Brunch
This are great!

SOURDOUGH PANCAKES

For each serving:
1/2 cup sourdough starter
1 egg or 1/4 cup egg substitute
1 teaspoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
dash of salt

Mix all ingredients and let sit for a bit before making pancakes. Makes thin pancakes.
