Recipe: Creamy Cilantro Dressing

Salads - Salad Dressings
I found a recipe for cilantro dip that you probably could dilute slightly with a tablespoon of milk. It might be worth a try. It's from the Los Barrios cookbook:

1 C sour cream
One 8-ounce package cream cheese, room temp.
1/2 C mayonnaise
1 bunch cilantro, tough stems removed, finely chopped
3 serrano chiles, finely chopped
3 scallions, chopped
Dash soy sauce

Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until mixed. Cover and refrigerate.

At this point you can dilute in with milk or a little water (but very little). Try it - it's worth a shot!
