Recipe(tried): Lamb Cake Recipe

Beth in Kansas City, MO has an iron lamb cake mold. The absolute best cake for the mold is simply a boxed pound cake mix. Make according to directions and it is usually the correst amount for the iron mold. I've been making them for 30 years. Just be sure to grease mold well.
