While not abiding strictly to this, we are cutting down on the carbs.I wasn't fond of the spaghetti type, but I found some noodles made with whole wheat that we enjoy. I just happen to have some chicken breast in the freezer that should be used, some baby spinach in the vegetable drawer and some grape tomatoes beginning to shrivel a bit, so you have planned yet another dinner for us!
