Recipe: Bacon Bacon Dip Mix Clone (Tastefully Simple)

BACON BACON CLONE

"Here's the recipe I have, it makes 2 cups of dip (mixed w/1 cup each of mayo and sour cream) You could use the recipe and make up a big batch for future uses."

2 tablespoons bacon bits
2 tablespoons dried minced onion
2 teaspoons beef bouillon granules
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt

Mix above with 1 cup mayo and 1 cup sour cream. (I always use low fat versions and never notice a difference in taste.)

NOTES:
Tastes like Tastefully Simple's bacon bacon to me. I usually use half of the suggested amount for the dip though, too strong for me otherwise.

They make great products for cooking, mixes, soups, sauces, etc. Bacon Bacon is one of their products, you can make a dip with it as well as many, many other things. They've got recipes for each product on their website. The dip made with this product is really good, especially with good 'ol potato chips.

edited b/c I found this recipe before TS changed the serving from 2 cups to 1 cup. cut recipe in 1/2 for half as much.
