ISO: deli style macaroni salad

Misc.
I am looking for two recipes, actually. They are both the wonderful salads found in NY delis. One is for the macaroni salad, slightly sweet but creamy and delicious. The second is for the wonderful coleslaw the I could always get up north. The state of Delaware doesn't know how to make them and my husband thinks that that is the only kind of salads that are good. I make a mean potato salad but just can't get the other two to his liking. Would appreciate any help.
