Recipe(tried): Deli Macaroni Salad

Title: Deli Macaroni Salad

1 pk Elbow macaroni
1 1/2 c Salad dressing
- like Miracle Whip
8 oz Yogurt,plain
1/4 c Cider vinegar
2 tb Sugar
2 tb Prepared mustard
1 ts Salt
1/2 ts Pepper
1 Green pepper
2 Celery stalks
1/2 c Radishes, sliced
1/2 c Scallions, sliced
1/2 c Parsley, chopped

Chop the green pepper, parsley and celery very fine
(an electric mini-chopper is ideal for this)

Cook macaroni as directed on package; drain. Rinse with cold water and drain. Meanwhile, mix dressing, yogurt, vinegar,sugar, mustard, salt and pepper in a large bowl. Add macaroni, vegetables, and parsley; toss. Cover and chill at least one hour.
