Recipe: Australian to American Metric Conversions

I'm not sure what the metric system is for Australia but the general rule for us to achieve solids in gram would be

oz x 28.35 = grams
gr x .035 = ounces

For me, I have a whole page of equivalents to work from since I'm used to working with the American cup system but I must also adapt to the European metric system. Therefore, I try to measure in cups, then weigh the conten to see how many grams it is to make it easier when I use metric measured recipes.

For example:

1 cup of liquid would be 240 ml
1 cup of flour would be 140 gr
1 cup of sugar would be 200 gr
1 cup of chocolate chips = 175 gr

By the way, I understand 1 Australian tablespoon equals 4 teaspoons. For us, it's only 3 teaspoons.
