Recipe: Smothered Chicken (crock pot)

Smothered Chicken

1 1/2 skinned chicken breasts
enough flour to coat pieces
2 tbsp oil
1 cup skim milk
1 tsp salt & pepper

Soak skinned chicken pieces in milk. Coat heavily in salted-peppered flour, heat oil in skillet, lightly brown pieces. Add enough water to cover. Bring to a light boil and continue cooking covered on stove until very tender or tranfer to crock pot, add a little water if gravy is too thick and cook on low an hour and a half or so until tender.
