Recipe(tried): Scalloped Potatoes (using scalloped potato mix, 3 quart crock pot)

SCALLOPED POTATOES
(3 quart crock pot)

Ham, smoked sausage, etc., diced
3 cups milk
2 Tbsp dehydrated, minced onion
1 (4.7 oz) box scalloped potatoes mix

Spritz a 3 quart slow cooker pot with olive oil.

Saute meat of choice on stove top in skillet in olive oil - for color only. Skim and discard fat. Set meat and remaining liquids in the pan aside.

Combine milk, onion and sauce mix (from the packet) in the crock pot. Microwave on HIGH for 3 minutes.

Remove from microwave and stir until well blended. Stir in the meat and potatoes.

Cover the crock pot and cook on LOW for 3 to 4 hours or until potatoes are tender.
