Recipe: Zestiest Turkey Cacciatore Burgers

ZESTIEST TURKEY CACCIATORE BURGERS

1 pound ground turkey
1/2 cup Italian-flavored dry bread crumbs
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/4 cup tomato sauce
1 small onion, finely chopped
1/2 green bell pepper, seeded and finely chopped
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well. Form into 4 patties.

Grill 4 to 6 minutes per side, or until no longer pink.
