Recipe: Cheesey-Easy Chicken Parmesan (skillet meal, Hunt's Spaghetti Sauce label)

CHEESEY-EASY CHICKEN PARMESAN

4 frozen breaded cooked chicken breasts (about 1 lb.)
1 (26 1/2 oz.) can Hunt's Traditional Spaghetti Sauce, divided use
3 cups water
3 cups uncooked rotini pasta
1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
4 slices (3/4 oz. each) mozzarella cheese
Fresh chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

Bake chicken breasts on baking sheet according to package directions.

Combine 3 cups of water and 1 1/2 cups spaghetti sauce in a large skillet; bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Stir in (uncooked) pasta. Reduce heat to medium: simmer 10-12 minutes or until pasta is tender. Stir in Parmesan cheese.

Arrange chicken on pasta in skillet. Top each chicken breast with equal portions of remaining sauce and a slice of mozzarella cheese; turn off heat. Cover and let stand for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted. Garnish with parsley, if desired.

Makes 4 servings
