pigeon peas are missing from the ingredient list, are they the canned ones or fresh and what amount? Any clarification will be appreciated. Thanks for all the lovely recipes and contributions you post on this site, so many have made their way into my collection and I have learned so much from you. I haven't had time to be here much recently, but see you have moved into a new home. Congratulations and I know you will have much happiness cooking and enjoying visiting with your family there.
