ISO: Potluck Dinner themes - I am having the same problem.

Hello, I also am having a problem coming up with different theme for our potluck dinners. I realize potluck is that everyone bring their own dish but I need help organizing so that everyone does'nt bring the SAME dish. Any ideas will be so helpful!!! And Greatly appreciated!!!
