ISO: Chop House Spinach Queso Dip

Looking for a spinach queso dip similar to the one served at the Chop House chain of restaurants. Served with corn chips. Looks like it has some type of cheese, spinach, sun-dried tomatoes, and either minced onion or finely chopped water chestnuts. A little on the hot side. Thank you.
