Recipe: Steamed Carrots and Onions (Serves 2)

STEAMED CARROTS AND ONIONS

1 cup coarsely grated or sliced carrots
1/4 small onion, chopped
1 teaspoon margarine
Pepper (to taste)
Dash of dill

Cook onions in margarine for 1 minute in medium saucepan over low heat.

Add carrots. Season with pepper. Cover tightly and cook until tender, about 5 to 8 minutes. Add dill.

Serves 2
