CHOCOLATE WHIPPED CREAM
1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
3 tablespoons granulated sugar
1 cup heavy (whipping) cream
Combine all ingredients in medium-size bowl and refrigerate for 3-5 hours, stirring occasionally.
Whip chilled cream until thickened.
Makes 2 to 2 1/2 cups
