Stinging Wing Sauce
Recipe by: The Fat Free Junk Food Cookbook by J. Kevin Wolfe
1/4 c Tabasco sauce; or your favorite pepper sauce
1 tsp dry mustard
1 tb vinegar
Mix all ingredients in a small bowl.
Note:
Authentic Buffalo Wings are not batter fried. That's a good thing, because 1 chicken wing alone contains about 2 grams of fat. Grill the wings, basting with the sauce. They'll be a little wetter if you brush on the sauce afterwards. Serve with celery & fat free blue cheese dressing. This quells the lingering heat of the wings.Kohl'S Quick Chicken Wing Sauce

1 c medium or hot salsa/picante
3 tb honey
1 tb lemon juice
1 red devil hot sauce
1 dry mustard
Measurements are not exact! You'll have to experiment until you get the taste YOU want. For a small amount of this sauce, start with one cup of Salsa. Add about 3 T honey, 1 T lemon juice (don't need this, but it adds some tartness), and a few shakes of Red Devil hot
sauce (or Tabasco). Instead of Red Devil or Tabasco, use dry mustard which doesn't "take over" the sauce as much as Red Devil or Tabasco. Mix well. Taste. If not hot enough, use Hot Salsa or Hot Picante and/or add more Red Devil.
