7-GRAIN BREAD FOR WELBILT
FOR A 1 1/2 LB. LOAF:
2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast
1 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup bread flour
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup crumbled 7-grain cereal flakes
3 tbsp nonfat dry milk powder
1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tbsp butter or margarine
1/8 cup dark molasses
1 cup plus 3 tsp plus 2 tsp warm water (105-115 degrees F)
All ingredients must be at room temperature, unless otherwise noted.
Add ingredients to bread machine pan in order listed.
Press SELECT for Whole Grain.
Press BAKING CONTROL for Light.
Press START.
At start of Baking tent a piece of aluminum foil, shiny side down, over glass dome. Remove foil when Cooling begins.
Bread will be ready in 4 hours and 10 minutes.
