ROSEMARY-BASIL BREAD
(bread machine)
FOR ONE 1 LB. LOAF:
2 1/4 cups bread flour
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. nonfat dry milk powder
1 tsp. salt
1 to 3 tbsp. dried rosemary (depending on how intense you want the flavor)
1 tbsp. chopped fresh basil
1 tbsp. olive oil
15/16 cups (7 1/2 fl. oz) water
1 tsp. yeast
It seems best baked on Basic Light.
