Recipe(tried): A healthy lunch recipe!

Here is something I have often for lunch. I can't remember where I got the idea but it has evolved into a delish dish!

1 cup non-fat cottage cheese
4 oz strawberry non-fat yogurt (or more to taste)
1/2 cup blueberries
1/2-1 banana
3/4 cup pineapple
Or 1-1/2 cup any fruit you like.
1/4 cup low fat granola-in the health food section of the supermarket there is generally a LOWER FAT version and it is just as good as the kind in the cereal isle. My brand is Nature Valley I think-I can't find the box. It has very little fat.
Mix everything but the granola and add that to taste. Now, usually this is enough for two days for me and one container yogurt and one container cottage cheese will last for about 4 servings. It makes a good snack too!
