Recipe: Mexican Pizza Dip

MEXICAN PIZZA DIP

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, room temperature
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 (16 ounce) jar salsa
1 small onion, chopped fine
1 red bell pepper, chopped as desired
1 green bell pepper, chopped as desired
1 fresh tomato, chopped
Shredded mozzarella cheese
Parsley (for garnish)
Paprika (for garnish)
Tortilla chips (for serving)

In bowl, mix together cream cheese and mayonnaise. Spread on a dinner plate or round platter, pizza style. Spread salsa over top. Sprinkle onion, peppers and tomato over salsa. Cover with a thick coat of shredded mozzarella. Sprinkle parsley and paprika on top.

Serve immediately with tortilla chips or refrigerate until ready to serve.
