Recipe(tried): all about espresso

Misc.
Stephanie,
I saved this from some magazine and it might be of some amusement for your Coffee Stand. I'm sorry but the only recipes that I know of use alcohal.

MILK The Coffee Craze for Your Calcium:
Everyone knows calcium helps to build stron, dense bones and can help prevent osteoporosis later in life. Yet, as many as 90% of American women are not getting enough calcium in their diets.
You may be surprised by how much milk (and calcium) you can actually get from your favorite 12 oz. coffee drink.

CAPPUCCINO: Amount of milk = 7oz
Amount of calcium = 262.5mg
% of recommended Daily calcium = 26%
CAFE AU LAIT: Amount of milk = 6oz
Amount of calcium = 225.5mg
% of recommended Daily calcium = 23%
CAFE LATTE: Amount of milk = 11oz
Amount of calcium = 412.5mg
% of recommended Daily calcium = 41%
CAFE MOCHA: Amount of milk = 10oz
Amount of calcium = 337.5mg
% of recommended Daily calcium = 34%
You know the buying public loves anything that is "good" for them. If you can put a sign with this info on it you might be able to boost your sales of these drinks.

Good luck, Julie
