Servings 6

1 avocado
1 onion, sliced
1 quart half-and-half
3 T sherry
dash of Tabasco dash of cilantro

Mix peeled ripe avocado and onion in blender until smooth. Add half-and-half gradually. Blend in sherry, cilantro and tabasco. Chill well before serving.
