I have not tried Fatz asparagus, however, I make asparagus using fresh asparagus, cleaned and woody stems removed. Then simply heat a pan add olive oil, as the olive oil is heating mince 1-2 cloves of garlic and add a Italian Seasoning about 1/2 tsp or to taste. Toss the asparagus to insure even cooking covering with a lid during this period (it helps steam and soften the aspargus). When the asparagus start to wilt taste. I like to leave them as little firm. Hope this helps. Let me know what you think.
