Recipe: Beef Bonanza Soup (using cheddar cheese soup and dried beef)

BEEF BONANZA SOUP

"Be sure to rinse the dried beef."

1 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
1 tablespoon margarine
2 cans (11 ounces each) Campbell's Condensed Cheddar Cheese Soup, undiluted
1 1/2 soup cans water
1 (2 1/2 ounce) jar dried beef, rinsed and torn in pieces
1 cup frozen cut green beans
1 cup diced potato
1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
1 teaspoon prepared mustard

In large saucepan, cook onion and green pepper in margarine until tender.

Add remaining ingredients. Bring to boil; reduce heat. Simmer 15 minutes or until done; stir often.

Makes about 7 1/2 cups
