Recipe(tried): Baby Back Ribs, Corn on the Cob and Tomatoes Caprese (grill and crock pot)
MenusI had a vacuum sealed package of baby back ribs and opened them up yesterday morning. Did a dry rub of lots of things, then put them on the grill to brown both sides and burn off some of the fat. I also had peeled off that membrane from the underneath side.
Then brought them in and put them into my crock pot with just a small splash of BBQ sauce over each section. We're not fond of soupy bbq sauce, but do like the flavor, so this method works.
Covered the crock pot and cooked on HIGH for 4-5 hours. They fell off the bone and were moist and delicious and very easy to do.
Added corn on the cob and some Tomatoes Caprese and it was a wonderful dinner here on the Cape..
