Recipe(tried): Baking with Silicone Pan

Tips and Tricks - Cooking
Not to step on toes, but I instruct baking for a culinary school and the purpose for purchasing silicone is because they are "stick resistant". If you use spray, the muffin will have the tendency to form an odd, pellet-like look. Also the chemicals in the spray will cause your purchase to deteriorate quicker than normal wear. Of course this is assuming it is made of silicone because some, I believe, are not...use your favorite muffin recipe, fill each cup 2/3 full and cut cooking time significantly, it's done when muffin is firm to touch

NOTE:
Please notice that the directions stated to use a baking spray before "first use". The list of directions I posted were straight from the manufacturer.
