Recipe: Ruggles' Chocolate Creme Brulee Cheesecake

RUGGLES'chocolate creme brulee cheesecake

CREME BRULEE
2 cups heavy cream
2 cups half and half
8 egg yolks
1 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups semisweet chocolate

CHEESECAKE FILLING
3/4 lb cream cheese
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
2 eggs

CRUST
1 1/2 cups oreo cookies
1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup butter (melted)

mix crushed oreo cookies and graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and pat into a 12" springform pan.. Add cheesecake filling mixture and bake for about 15 min in a water bath. Remove from oven and let cool slightly. Carefully our in creme brulee misture, return to oven, and cook until set approx. 2 hours.

Unfortunately the recipe does not have info. on oven temps!!
