BANANA GRANOLA BREAD
1 cup water
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup sliced bananas
2 tablespoons molasses
2 cups white bread flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 tablespoon dry milk
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
3/4 cup granola
1/3 cup chopped walnuts
1/3 cup dried banana chips
1 1/2 teaspoons fast-rise yeast
1 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast
Put ingredients in bread machine according to manufacturer's directions. This recipe can be made with the white, whole wheat or rapid bake cycles.
Note: This dough will be sticky, resist the urge to add flour.
Makes 1 (1 1/2 pound) loaf
