NEW-FASHIONED BAKED BEANS
2 cans (15 ounces each) great northern beans
3 cups crushed tomatoes
1/2 pound Canadian bacon, cut into 1/4 inch cubes
1 medium onion, minced
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon coarse brown mustard
1/2 teaspoon hickory smoke flavoring
Combine the all ingredients in a 3 1/2 to 4 quart slow cooker.
Cover crock pot and cook on LOW for 7-9 hours.
Makes 10 servings
