Recipe: Bang-Bang Buffalo Chicken Dip (using chicken breasts)

BANG-BANG BUFFALO CHICKEN DIP

"Make it as hot as you dare but not quite explosive. This is awesome."

4 boneless chicken breasts
1/4 cup buffalo wing sauce or to taste
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
1 (8 ounce) bottle ranch dressing
1 (8 ounce) package shredded Cheddar cheese
Fritos Scoops or Tostitos (for serving)

Boil chicken breasts 15-20 minutes till cooked.

Dice and put in 9x13-inch casserole dish. Sprinkle hot sauce - like Frank's - all over chicken.

Mix cream cheese with ranch dressing; pour over chicken. Cover with cheese.

Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees F or till cheese is melted.

Use Fritos Scoops or Tostitos as dippers.

Makes about 5-6 cups
