BARBECUE MEATLOAF
1 lb. ground beef (or ground turkey)
1/2 cup Kraft Barbecue Sauce
1/2 cup quick oats, uncooked
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1 beaten egg
Mix together all ingredients except 1/4 cup barbecue sauce. Shape into loaf in 12x8-inch baking dish.
Microwave on HIGH 12 to 14 minutes or until center is no longer pink, turning dish after 6 minutes. Top with remaining barbecue sauce; let stand 5 minutes.
Conventional: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F, prepare meatloaf as directed. Bake 45 minutes. Top with remaining barbecue sauce. Let stand 5 minutes.
Makes 4 servings
