[I found that 4 ribs look like 1 meal but really aren't enough. a million years of evolution and we still like to chew meat off the bone, go figure]
BARBECUED BABY BACK RIBS
INGREDIENTS
1 side of baby back ribs
1/2 c barbecue sauce
2 tbls honey or molassas
dash tabasco
1/2 tsp dry or prepared mustard
TOOLS
saucepan
roasting pan or grill
PREHEAT 400
DIRECTIONS
boil ribs in water to cover 10 minutes.
place ribs in in roasting pan.
brush with sauce.
Bake 10 minutes, turning and basting.
maybe placed under broiler or on grill
cook until done.
