Recipe: Best Hash Browns

Main Dishes - Assorted

1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 cups sour cream
3 Tbsp. onion flakes
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
2 tsp. salt
1/4 cup margarine, melted

2 lbs. frozen hash browns, partially thawed

1/2 cup cornflake or cracker crumbs

In a large bowl, mix first 7 ingredients together.
Add hash browns and stir to mix. Transfer to a greased 9x13 inch pan.
Top with crumbs. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
Serves 10 to 12.
