Recipe(tried): Beach Bash Combo (smoked sausage, potatoes, and corn)

BEACH BASH COMBO

2 pouches Zatarain's Crab Boil
3 to 4 gallons water
2 lbs. smoked link sausage
2 to 3 lbs. medium shrimp, heads removed
8 to 10 new potatoes
6 to 8 large ears of corn
1 large onion

Toss both pouches of crab boil into 3-4 gallons of water in a large deep pot. Put over fire or fish cooker and bring to a rolling boil. Break ears of corn in half and add to the pot. Then add the potatoes. Cut sausage into 3-inch lengths and add to pot. Boil until vegetables are tender. After veggies are done take all the veggies and meat and place on a large platter.

Now, put shrimp into boiling water and let cook for no more than 2-3 minutes. They will cook very quickly. Remove shrimp and place on platter. Then you line everyone up and dig in!
