BISCUITS
2 1/2 cups of Bisquick
1/2 cup of sour cream
1 cup Sprite (lemon-lime soda)
Mix until well blended together with a spoon. This dough is very wet. Put onto a floured surface. Remember, the more flour you add the more drier they will be.
With your finger tips, press out the dough to the desired thickness. Keeping in mind they will rise while baking. Cut with cutter and place on a cookie sheet.
Bake until golden. About 10-15 minutes,in a 400 degree F oven. brush with butter. There have been times that i have had to use a spatula to move from the counter top to the cookie sheet.
These are wonderful and easy!!
