Honey Poppy Seed Biscuits
1/2 cup creamed cottage cheese
1/4 cup milk
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp poppy seeds
2 1/4 cup biscuit mix
Combine cottage cheese, milk, and honey. Blend until almost smooth.
Prepare biscuit mix according to package directions for biscuits substituting the cheese mixture and poppy seeds for the liquid. Add another 1 or 2 tsp milk if needed.
Roll and bake according to package directions.
Makes 12
